Simpli is hosted by Momentm and is accessible via a web browser for back-office users and a mobile application for drivers. The platform supports role-based access control, allowing administrators to manage permissions for dispatchers, schedulers, drivers, and billing staff.
Licensing is subscription-based and includes flexible pricing based on the number of vehicles in your organizational fleet. There are no hard data caps, but as you grow, you would likely need to migrate over to our NovusMED platform for much larger scale operations.
Our aim of this easy-to-use software is to make it extremely user friendly, full of helpful small videos in all areas to allow you to self-service. However, all customers can receive access to our training materials, and possible periodic webinars.
Support will also be available via email, phone, and emergency after-hours hotline. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm EST.
Maintenance includes regular software updates, security patches, and infrastructure upgrades. Clients are notified in advance of any scheduled downtime.
All customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Simpli adheres to HIPAA, HITRUST, and ISO 27001 standards.
Backups are performed daily with retention policies: 7 days onsite and 14 days offsite for databases; 14 days onsite and 30 days offsite for infrastructure.
Customers retain full ownership of their data. Access logs and audit trails are maintained for compliance and security monitoring.
Simpli offers a structured onboarding process including a system configuration wizard, including but not limited to customizing users, payors, drivers, runs/vehicles, and customers setup.
Training is delivered via recorded videos, and interactive guides. Additional consultation is available if necessary, during implementation.
Typically, customers can be up and running in a few hours depending on their complexity (drivers, vehicles, payors, etc.) and readiness.
The standard Simpli subscription does not include custom software development, third-party system integration beyond supported APIs, or on-premises deployment.
Professional services for data migration, advanced analytics, or custom reporting are available at an additional cost.
